“I am convinced that less taxes means more work,” The communal chief highlighted that he is carrying out a tax reform in his municipality, with free authorizations for businesses and industries, elimination of taxes and simplification of procedures. “In Tres de Febrero we eliminated the Road Tax and we have the lowest taxes for those who produce and generate work,” he said.
In addition, he compared the value of the TISH for supermarkets, which in Tres de Febrero is 0.8% while in Lanús it is 6%. “We have to rethink the tax system and continue lowering taxes even if my fellow mayors get angry,” he added.
Valenzuela spoke on the panel “Unlock to grow: the transformation of the State”, together with Osvaldo Giordano, President of IERAL of the Mediterranean Foundation, within the framework of the 60th edition of the IDEA Colloquium, which took place at the Sheraton Hotel in Mar del Plata.
