The integration of the Suppliers Committee is one of the great novelties presented by the new management, since WIM explained to Energy Report who need “allies”, where until now they have been working with the mining companies, but they need the suppliers to continue “the same line.”

Another interesting project for the next period is the creation within WIM Argentina of a “International Committee”. This new area will be made up of representatives of Canada (Alejandro Dagostino), Australia (Norma Ramiro) and the United Kingdom (Jimena Carnelos).

This committee will allow us to be in permanent contact with the news of three of the main world mining countries, continuing with the work to develop policies and actions that promote equity and equal opportunities for women in the mining industry.
