The Government, through the State Property Administration Agency (AABE)will grant two gastronomic spaces in the Libertad Palace (former Kirchner Cultural Center). The two concessions, in turn, include two spaces each (a total of four), where they will be established two restaurants and two cafes.
As detailed, the measure seeks to “promote the development of private sectorprovide better services to visitors and facilitate investment opportunities in a transparency and public access framework“. The concession, intended for commercial gastronomic exploitation, It will be for a period of 5 years.

Regarding the second concession, which includes areas located on the 8th and 9th floor, it is composed of two “gourmet-style gastronomic spaces”, the first of them with an approximate area of 389.90m2. The second comprises an area of 705.61 m2, with a seated capacity of 250/300 people.
For this concession, the monthly base fee established by the National Appraisal Court in Pesos $5,890,000 and in UVAS 6,614.34. The total value for 60 months of the concession in pesos and Grapes: $353,400,000/ 396,860.40.
