Todd, born in Washington DC in 1954, studied at the Eugene O’Neill National Institute of Theater Actors in Connecticut. His first film role was in the film “Platoon”, from 1986 and directed by Oliver Stone. There he shared the screen with actors such as Willem Dafoe and Johnny Depp.
