The confirmation that Santiago del Estero was chosen as kilometer zero of the tour was made in the last few hours by the national senator and head of the Santiago PJ, José Emilio Nederin a party meeting, in the multipurpose room of the Peronist headquarters in the capital of Santiago, to address details of the organization of the event.
