The General Directorate of Culture and Education of the province of Buenos Aires announced the 2025 calendar of school activities, which establishes that classes will begin on Wednesday, March 5 and will end on Monday, December 22; This schedule ensures a total of 185 days of school activity.

The winter break will take place between July 21 and August 1, a period in which complementary activities will be implemented aimed at achieving the educational objectives of each level and modality.
The beginning and end of the school year is scheduled for those dates at the levels and modalities of: Initial, Primary, Secondary, Technical, Agricultural, Youth, Adults and Seniors, Artistic, Community Psychology and Social and Special Pedagogy.
In addition, Higher Education will begin on March 17 and end on November 28, 2025.
The schedule provides for institutional sessions during the months of February, August and a third month to be defined, which will be carried out in a regionalized manner throughout the school year. Meanwhile, at the secondary level, two will be held in the month of February, within the framework of the new Academic Regime.
It should be noted that specific school activities and anniversaries will be discussed in the General Council of the General Directorate of Culture and Education in the coming days.
