The Córdoba social security organization announced new efforts to improve assistance to members.
In order to facilitate communication between retirees and the organization, the Retirement, Pension and Retirement Fund of Córdoba announced new measures to improve assistance to beneficiaries. An agreement was signed with the Ombudsman’s Office of the Province to strengthen joint work.
It is about the Technical Cooperation and Reciprocal Assistance Program. The event was held at a headquarters of the Ombudsman’s Office, and Adrián Daniele, President of the Retirement Fund and Carlos Galoppo, Ombudsman, were present. There they committed to creating assistance and training programs for retirees, pensioners and retirees from Córdoba.

What is the cooperation agreement between the Fund and the Ombudsman’s Office about?
The agreement provides for an agreement between the two entities to strengthen relationships and join forces in caring for older adults so that they can carry out their pension procedures more easily and successfully. There will be exchange of information, technical documentation and bibliography.
Among the highlighted actions include the implementation of training and comprehensive advice programs, the design of support strategies for the management of procedures, and the use of digital tools such as Digital Citizen (CiDi), among others.
