“The audiovisual industry is an industry that generates many jobs. Therefore, this is an investment, because this generates jobs and resources, and positions Córdoba not only in Argentina, but also in Latin America,” Llaryora highlighted.
The launch of the initiative took place at the Dionisi Palace in the city of Córdoba, and in addition to the governor, actors, producers and national leaders in audiovisual production participated.
With the objective of promoting the participation of national and international production companies, the program also provides for two lines of financing through the Bank of Córdoba with subsidized rates and a term of between 12 and 60 months, depending on the line of credit and the destination of the the funds.
Governor Llaryorta said that the objective is to “consolidate Córdoba as a strategic destination for national and international audiovisual productions.”
The initiative will seek to promote the generation of local jobs in this sector, “since one of the most important requirements is the hiring of Cordoban labor to fill technical and artistic positions, in addition to what it means for the gastronomic and food industries.” hospitality, among others,” Llaryora highlighted.
