What is the ENRE requirement for companies?

In February 2024, companies saw an average increase of 300% in rates, followed by monthly adjustments starting in August to keep up with inflation. This increase far exceeded the 117.8% accumulated inflation in 2023.
The new tariff tables will take effect from April 1 and will be published on March 31. According to the ENRE schedule, Edesur and Edenor must present their proposals for the RQT before January 27. One day later, on January 28, the call for a public hearing will be made official, scheduled for February 27, which will take place virtually.
