On March 8 we commemorate the International Women’s Rights Day. I think it is important to add the plural to this nomination and say women’s rights because, although we are going through similar problems, each woman solves them according to her best doing and understanding, her emotional state, her family and social situation. I think this day should be called International Women’s Day and thus cover individual, social, cultural, family differences.
Culturally it has not yet been able to get out of the stigmatization that all are crazy, plaintiffs, complaining. This stigmatization remains a moral and macho strategy that annuls the possibility of being counted one by one and each in its uniqueness, in its creative and creative differences.
Defending women’s rights does not mean idealizing them, but recognizing the immeasurable contribution they provide to societies and families.
From the wars of the last century it was shown that women can perform functions in all areas, so we must recognize the value of women’s social roles in our time.
Those who consider this unnecessary date allege that, at least in the west of our day, women have ceased to be weak sex. The mere opposition between weak and strong sex is already discriminating; The woman has not been even weak, but it has been the most oppressed and harassed sex.
If it had been really weak, what need to weaken it even more and in some cases until it stopped considering it a “human being”? For centuries, women were taken from women their emotional strength and creative power and thus sustaining the macho and authoritarian patriarchy.
The most oppressed women sustained the idealization of the powerful, the master. This was how the fighters for female rights were brutally silenced with the silence of other women who considered themselves morally superior. Does the fight for determined abortion not continue to be a subject morally used?
Women like all genres, have conflicts and ambivalences even with our closest beings. That is why the struggle remains not only to restore rights in cultural contexts but, mainly, to continue transforming emotional and psychic oppression into creative power with social, political and economic value.
Only if we get rid of the prejudice that catalogs people in lower and superior, and only if the social set aware of the obstacle that violence represents in individual and collective development, we can achieve some modification in the structure of kinship links and respect for respect for
In Argentina, society demands equity, but that does not mean that equity is achieved without conflict and without even intragener rivalries; If two women compete and rival violently. “Male speech” which is a fanatic speech at sexuality level.
Today we must think of the social role of women in the context of societies in crisis because history has shown us that in times of social turbulence women fulfill an essential role in survival and resilience mainly when anti -humanitarian speeches are growing for example against refugees and asylees.
What has happened lately is that feminist organizations have not spoken by the kidnapped in the hands of Hamas, by the women of Africa and Asia and that discredits the female struggle. Extreme ideologies attack sorority and justice.
Therefore, I see that there are speeches that truly work for a better social organization in which discriminations and exclusions are reduced, and movements that cling to fundamentalisms, which end up being cynical shelters. What do I want to mean? That they have a double moral why they say they fight for equity, but for some and some and not for everyone.
So, we commemorate the International Women’s Rights Day To transmit to the generations that happen to us that women are subjects of civil rights and that sorority sometimes does not reach and the support of men and all genres in the feminist struggle is needed.
The need for power and dominion over women It is a cruel, arbitrary enjoyment and Freud discovered his psychological substrate in the denigration of the feminine; the Female denigration It covers women, maternity and female productivity. If there is a structural substrate then the intolerance to sexual diversity is not completely eradicable, which does not appear to fight to get rid of prejudices, racisms and fanaticism and achieve some modification in the structure of kinship and social links.
Violence in the like and therefore violence between both intrafamily and social and cultural genres require, to counteract, educational, psychological, medical, neighborhood and community resources for protected households and assistance to victims and their children. In many cases it is neighborhood solidarity that contributes to a woman is not attacked because there are even today security forces that do not give credit to complaints for intergenos violence.
As a last reflection, I am convinced that a fair and egalitarian society is built with the inclusion and respect of all sexual genres.
