She is just three weeks old. But it is already well ahead in the polls – and is well on its way to winning the next election in the Netherlands: the Nieuw Sociaal Contract party.
On November 22nd, the Dutch will elect a new parliament. The current coalition government led by the conservative-liberal People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) with Prime Minister Mark Rutte at the helm collapsed in July after months of disputes over the course of migration policy and the family reunification of refugees.
