As Israel’s provocative PR prodigy, he made a rapid career – and was fired by the Prime Minister. Meeting with Eylon Levy, who refuses to give up his role.
Eylon Levy looks fit for the TV cameras in the morning, with a wrinkle-free suit, neatly gelled black hair and a watch with a Star of David that he constantly looks at. He will be recording videos and a podcast today, the 33-year-old says at the meeting with the star in Tel Aviv. He walks through glass-walled offices in a high-rise building in the center of the metropolis to an improvised recording studio with a green screen. In the evening he will post videos with Eurovision singer Eden Golan, wearing a T-shirt with the words “Gen-Zionists” instead of a suit. Generation Z, in other words, is Zionist and supports the land of Israel as a safe place for Jews.
