TV date is: Scholz, Merz, Habeck and Weidel in direct exchange of blows
The only square in TV history is available for the Bundestag election: Pinar Atalay and Günther Jauch receive the four candidates of chancellor of the most strongest parties according to surveys.
The incumbent Chancellor Olaf Scholz will face Friedrich Merz (CDU/CSU), Alice Weidel (AfD) and Robert Habeck (Bündnis 90/Die Greens) on Sunday, February 16 from 8:15 p.m. Pinar Atalay and Günther Jauch will be seen – at RTL, NTV and star – moderate.
Afterwards from 10:15 p.m., moderator Frauke Ludowig will classify the statements and the first representative figures from Forsa, which were raised and show during the square, in the RTL program “Who was best? Whoever convinced the spectators the most.
In the run-up to the square, journalists Roberta Bieling and Nikolaus Blome will take Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW), Christian Lindner (FDP) and Gregor Gysi (Die Linke) to TV cross-question.
Gerhard Kohlenbach, editor -in -chief of politics & news at the RTL broadcaster, gives an outlook on the topics: “After Aschaffenburg and the events of the past week in the Bundestag, there are many questions: Is the fire wall still becomes?
