The United States continues to re -support Ukraine. As announced, the Trump government no longer shares secret service information-apparently including satellite images.
The technology group Maxar from the USA has blocked Ukraine access to its satellite images. The US government has decided to temporarily block the Ukrainian access to the Global Enhanced Geoint Delivery satellite service, the US company of the German Press Agency said.
A spokeswoman for the U.S. Authority for Geographical Enlightenment (National Geospatial Intelligence Agency), which is responsible for the satellite image service, confirmed the suspension of the German Press Agency.
Previously, several users had confirmed the access closure to the Ukrainian military blog “Militarnyj” on the condition of remaining anonymous. This concerns both the government accounts and private entries. According to “Militarny”, the background is the preliminary stop of secret service information to Kiev by the United States.
Ukraine must make do without Maxar satellite images
After the scandal at a meeting with the Ukrainian President Wolodymyr Selenskyj in the White House, the US government also initially exposed the provision of intelligence information in addition to stopping their military aid.
