Committee flat rate, VAT in restaurants, various commissions: The future government partners have set deadlines and appointments for several projects – can they also be observed?
In their coalition agreement, the CDU, CSU and SPD have made a lot of things. Some formulations are vague. However, there are even concrete appointments for other projects. A selection from the black and red calendar:
– This year, the regionally launched electronic patient files are to be rounded off gradually – from a nationwide test phase to a mandatory use even with sanctions if practices do not participate.
– This year, a commission is to submit suggestions for a new reform of the right to vote for the Bundestag.
-This year, a federal-state working group with the participation of the municipal umbrella organizations should make suggestions for a large care reform.
– Monitoring is to be commissioned for the energy transition, with which the future electricity requirement and the status of expanding the power grids and the expansion of renewable energies are checked until the summer break.
– Until summer, post -controls are to be regulated in the hospital reform that has already been started. It is about converting the network.
– In autumn, the legalization of cannabis for adults, which has been in effect since April 1, 2024, is to be carried out in autumn.
– Until the end of the year, the first obligations should be eliminated in an “immediate program for bureaucrator dismantling”, especially for small and medium -sized companies.
– Until the end of the year, legislation to modernize the debt brake should be completed, which permanently enables additional investments in strengthening the country. A commission should make suggestions.
– In the fourth quarter of 2025, a commission should present suggestions for a reform of the welfare state.
– As of January 1, the commuter flat rate is to be permanently increased to 38 cents from the first kilometer.
– A “early start pension” is to be introduced on the 1st January, in which each child between 6 and 18 years, who visits an educational institution in Germany, receives ten euros per month into an old-age provision.
– As of January 1, VAT for food in the catering trade is to be permanently reduced from 19 percent to 7 percent.
– By mid -2026, the Science Times Contract Act is to be amended, which regulates the conditions for time limits in employment contracts by research personnel.
– By July 31, the Self-Determination Act of the traffic light coalition is to be evaluated, making changes in gender entries at the office easier.
– In the winter semester 2026/27, the flat rate for housing costs for students with BAföG is to be increased to 440 euros per month.
– A minimum wage of 15 euros per hour is to be reached in 2026.
– The right of weapons should be developed extensively by 2026.
– From 1 January, a registration service obligation is to be introduced for business with more than 100,000 euros in annual sales.
– By spring, a commission is to analyze the health policy project -proof coalition agreement and make suggestions for financial stabilization of statutory health insurance.
– In the UN Security Council, Germany wants to run for a non-employed seat in 2027/28.
– Starting on January 1, 2028, corporate tax for companies is to be reduced by one percentage point each.
