Ukraine currently has to suffer from the attacks of Russian combat drones every night. For its part, the Ukrainian army aims at the Russian Crimean peninsula.
According to the authorities, a Russian drone attack in the South Ukrainian city of Saporischeschja was injured at least 29 people. The region’s military organizer, Iwan Fedorow, accused the Russian army of shoting at civil goals. “Residential buildings, the university and an infrastructure object were damaged,” he wrote on Telegram.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, there were further damage caused by the nightly attacks in the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk areas. Accordingly, the Russian army used 150 drones. A large part was intercepted.
Ukraine attacks goals in the Crimea
For its part, Ukraine attacked the criminal peninsula annexed by Russia in 2014 with numerous drones. Russian media and residents reported air defense fire and explosions near airwear bases. In the port city of Sevastopol, there was air alarm several times at night. Information on damage was not given.
The Russian Ministry of Defense in Moscow announced in the morning that 121 enemy fighting drones had been intercepted, 89 of them over the Crimea. Such military information cannot be checked in detail, but they give an impression of the goal and extent of the attacks.
