According to the resolution of Judge Karina Zucconi, in charge of the National Criminal Court 43, Morla must appear next July 5 accused of having “suppressed or destroyed a document to cause damage”while his brother-in-law Christian Maximiliano Pomargo, the notary public Sandra Verónica Iampolsky, the lawyer Laura Gabriela Marcovecchio and Christian Walter Ferreyra were also summoned for investigation.
According to the magistrate’s resolution, to which Télam had access, Marcovecchio and Ferreyra were summoned on June 28 at 10:00 and 11:30, respectively, while Ferreyra and Pomargo two days later at the same times.
