Borussia Dortmund apparently wants to step up their game in attack and has probably targeted Sofiane Diop from AS Monaco.
Borussia Dortmund appear to have found AS Monaco’s Sofiane Diop in a bid to strengthen their attacking line-up.
As the L’Equipe reported, the black and yellow observe the situation of the 21-year-old, since Diop apparently wants to leave the Monegasque.
Sofiane Diop: In addition to BVB, Nice and Newcastle are probably there
Under Monaco coach Philippe Clement, Diop was no longer able to play consistently. Therefore, despite a contract until 2026, the attacker is said to be open to a change. In addition to the Dortmunders on Monday, the OGC Nice and Newcastle United also have the young Frenchman on their list.
Under Niko Kovac, who became on Tuesday morning, Diop did much better this season before taking over Clements. In Ligue 1, he scored five goals and set up six more in 30 games.
