The barrabrava de Los Andes was the protagonist of a shooting confrontation between its two factions a few meters from the school of the club this Tuesday at noon in one of the entrances to the Eduardo Gallardón stadium. According to reports, there were more than 20 shots and at the moment the reasons for the crossing are unknown.

Antagonistic groups of the barra brava began to shoot at meters from the entrance of the school of that institution and at the time of departure of the students. “Shots everywhere, people running, something crazy. There were no less than 15 or 20 shots”revealed a witness in statements with Info Region.

Although no victims of the shooting were reported, it was learned that one person was injured by a blow to the head, because in addition to bullets there were shovels, blows and damage to parked cars in the block of the Ejército de Los Andes High School.

From the school they remarked that the episode “It has to do with the club and not with the school”and assured in statements to the TN news channel, that “the children did not hear any shots or were exposed. We are not even going out into the patio, we are inside just in case.”

The official statement of the club

Los Andes published an official statement through their social networks and referred to the violent event: “The members of the Board of Directors of Club Atlético Los Andes, a few days after assuming our positions, We repudiate the very serious acts of violence that occurred today in the vicinity of the Colegio Ejército de Los Andes”.

“Due to facts of public knowledge, are suspended, for the day of the date, all activities at the Eduardo Gallardón Stadium,” added the club’s official account.
