The Schlierbach football fans have to get used to a new name in the spring season. The club from the Landesliga West will appear under the name “Union SRW Schlierbach” from the second half of the season.
The automation specialist SRW from Vorchdorf has been supporting the soccer section of Union Schlierbach for several years as a loyal partner and is now also acting as a name sponsor.
For the official start of the first Schlierbacher spring home game on Saturday against Gmunden (3 p.m.), all visitors to the sports field will receive a kettle and a free drink. The Schlierbach fans are also hoping for their team’s first points in the spring season: the bottom team from the Kremstal lost the opening game at Sattledt 0:3.
