Pérez Roldán case: Raúl is prohibited from leaving due to his son’s complaint of mistreatment

The federal judge of Azul, Gabriel Di Giulio, imposed a ban on leaving the country and the use of electronic anklets on the father of tennis player Guillermo Pérez Roldánwho accused him of mistreatment and torment, as well as irregular management of his fortune during the golden age in which the athlete reached No. 13 in the ATP ranking.

To her, the Justice granted her an unfriendly button, since she lives near her house and said she was afraid of reprisals after the complaint.

Along with the prohibition to leave the country, the Azul judge also issued the general prohibition of assets on Perez Roldan father. In the testimony provided by the tennis player, he accused him of having kept the money he earned as a tennis player as a result of the various international tournaments he played and won.

In addition, the intervention of the Federal Justice is because the facts also refer to alleged situations of human trafficking.

Pérez Roldán became No. 13 in the ATP ranking in 1988 and a member of the Argentine David Cup team between that year and 1993.
