While the majority of LASK players can concentrate on training during the current international break, the countdown and ticket sales are underway for the Black and Whites’ “game of the century” against Liverpool FC on September 21st at 6:45 p.m. in the Linzer Raiffeisen -Arena in full swing – and OÖN readers can be right in the middle of it instead of just there.
While there are otherwise only packs of three available to buy, we are giving away 5 x 2 individual tickets for OÖN readers for the Black and Whites’ big European Cup hit against Liverpool FC.
All subscribers are taken care of
The biggest fears regarding advance ticket sales did not come true. The second sales phase, which also included those “Pur” subscribers who were not allowed to buy in the first round, ended on Sunday evening. After around 1,300 cards were still available at the end of the sales phase, every subscriber was able to obtain cards without outside help before the free sale begins.
On Tuesday at 8 a.m., the approximately 1,300 remaining three-way subscriptions will be offered to all LASK fans. Tickets are available in the LASK online shop, in the office in the Raiffeisen Arena and in the Hypo-LASK Corner at the Mozartkreuzung.
The only thing that was completely sold out on Sunday evening was the standing room grandstand, which at least theoretically becomes a seating grandstand in the European Cup because the seats have to be folded down. The fans will still be there.
Otherwise, tickets for all seating categories (curve, family grandstand, main grandstand, counter grandstand) were still available on Sunday. It is difficult to predict how strong the rush will be on Tuesday and whether the stadium will be sold out on the first day of open sales. A lot of LASK fans are likely to have already stocked up through fellow subscription holders in the first sales phase, which is why the rush in the second phase among pure subscription holders was rather limited at the weekend.
