Marko Arnautovic scored two goals in Austria’s 3-1 European Championship qualifying win in Sweden on Tuesday. It was his goals number 35 and 36 in the ÖFB uniform, which meant he left behind Hans Krankl (34) in the all-time national team goalscorer list.

In front of Arnautovic there is only Toni Polster (44), whom he sent to ORF after Sweden’s victory: “Greetings home! They must have been watching on the couch.” Given Polster’s lead, the 34-year-old added: “Congratulations to Toni for his 44 goals – he can stay relaxed.”

Football legend Polster must have received the greetings. Because on Wednesday evening, the former star striker posted a video on Instagram in which he parodied Arnautovic. The 59-year-old knitted his shorts as high as the Inter attacker likes to do. At Arnautovic, the tattoos on the thighs really come into their own.

“Toni, are you making a fuss about Arnautovic today?” asks the cameraman. Polster replies: “Marko is an inspiration for the whole of football in Austria.” Due to the lack of tattoos, Polster straightens his pants and sends him greetings. Once a insulting brother, always a insulting brother:
