FC Bayern Munich can rely on Leon Goretzka and Dayot Upamecano in the Bundesliga summit against Borussia Dortmund.
The two professionals who were last injured reported fit in time and are in the starting line-up for the game in the evening (6.30 p.m./Sky). They replace the suspended Joshua Kimmich and Matthijs de Ligt, who has a knee injury.
Midfielder Goretzka is expected to play with a brace after breaking his metacarpal hand. Defender Upamecano only returned to team training this week. Unlike Munich’s embarrassing cup exit on Wednesday in Saarbrücken (1:2), striker Harry Kane was there from the start.
BVB coach Edin Terzic can rely on almost all of the top players. Only national player Emre Can is missing from the squad. He is represented by the recently strong Salih Özcan.
