The English and Danish fans in Frankfurt’s Deutsche Bank Park were able to follow the footage on the huge display cube that hung high above the pitch like a huge drone. Bellingham’s facial expressions varied somewhere between “extremely annoyed” and “bad-tempered”, the corners of his mouth turned towards the ground.
