US superstar Lenny Kravitz lives part-time in Paris. The sports fanatic enjoys following the Olympic Games there – and praises the lifestyle of the participants.
US superstar Lenny Kravitz (60) is already looking forward to the start of the Olympic Games in his adopted home of Paris. “I find the whole thing fascinating. People are so physically gifted, it’s wonderful. The discipline and training that people have undertaken since childhood is extraordinary,” Kravitz told the German Press Agency. The rock musician (“Fly Away”, “Stillness Of Heart”) himself says he does strength and endurance sports every day and plans to learn to surf when he’s 60.
Kravitz loves the Parisian vibe
For years, Kravitz has been commuting between his house in the Bahamas, a property in the Brazilian jungle and a four-story city palace in the embassy district of Paris. “For me, it’s simply the most beautiful city. I love the aesthetics and the vibe. Ever since I was there for the first time, I’ve felt at home. It’s the only city I live in – outside of nature,” said the fashion icon about the Olympic venue.
The games start this Friday with the opening ceremony on the Seine.
