The Hungarian football team defender Bendeguz Bolla made a lasting impression in his first competitive match for Rapid. The 24-year-old was shown the red card after a rough tackle (45.+6), but the Green-Whites held on despite being outnumbered and set the course for promotion to the third Europa League qualifying round with a 2-1 (1-0) victory over the Polish cup winners and second division team Wisla Krakow.
