A new chat compromises former deputy Germán Kiczka: he is accused of abuse

A new chapter has opened in the case of German Kiczkathe deputy accused of possession and distribution of child abuse materialThis time, according to C5N, the analysis of the legislator’s cell phone revealed a conversation that Kiczka had with a woman who warned him: “If you come near me or talk to me again, I will report you.”

The conversation dates back to August 15, 2020 and the Justice Department already has this evidence to know if it is related to the case of pedophilia for which he is being investigated along with his brother Sebastián. At the moment, both remain detained in the Penal Unit VIII about 60 kilometers from his hometown.

The conversation was discovered by the Justice while carrying out the expert appraisal of the legislator’s cell phone within the framework of the investigation of the case for the possession and distribution of child abuse material. In the chat, published by C5N and dating from August 15, 2020the woman said: “What happened in the pool (…) was not consensual, So don’t come near me again

Faced with this message, the provincial deputy of missions disassociated himself from the situation and responded: “What the hell are you talking about?”. “If you approach me or talk to me again, I will report you.“, the woman said, adding: “I forgive you… I’m not going to say anything. I just want to get on with my life, so stay calm.”.

The judge in charge of the case, Miguel Angel Faria has in his possession this conversation, along with a video file of a minor under 13 years of age which was Shared by Kiczka through the messaging app.

The strange drawing that was found in a raid

Last Tuesday, the authorities raided the office that the former provincial deputy had in a bowling alley belonging to legislator Pedro Puerta in Apostles, Missions. There, officers found things that could contain material related to the case, including an object that caused a stir due to the type of case involved: a drawing of Germán himself made by a child, whose identity is unknown.

The raided bar is called “Social Club” and is owned by the son of the former governor and President Ramon Puerta. In this place there is a radio, a bar and commercial offices of the company Cigarrera Misiones, where, in theory, Kiczka worked as commissioner.

During the police operation, 20 CDs were seized, a damaged cell phone and a computer. In addition, the Justice is evaluating the hypothesis that this was a place used for the possible Kiczka’s recruitment of victimsand even some testimonies pointed out that several minors had been filmed and photographed there.

After the operation, Judge Faría spoke to the local press. There, the magistrate released Pedro Puerta from the proceedings and sentenced: “People can rest easy. The case is moving forward with complete transparency and I can guarantee that things are being done right.“.
