This Tuesday the debate in committee on the draft will continue “Clean Record”which seeks prevent candidates for elective office who have a criminal conviction for serious intentional crimesIt is expected that tomorrow it will be possible move forward with the signing of the reports to discuss the project in the chamber.

The debate will begin at 11 a.m. in the plenary session of the committees of Constitutional and Justice Affairs of the Chamber of Deputies.

There are different proposals for Freedom Advances, the PRO, the Radical Civic Union and the Civic Coalition. The differences lie in establishing different instances of judicial process in which a person would be prevented from running for office.
