Flight attendants will go to Congress against the privatization of Aerolíneas Argentinas

The five unions in the sector, which make up the new aeronautical front, will march in defence of our flagship airline.

Airmen mobilize to Congress.

The Argentine Association of Flight Attendants, which brings together cabin crew, called together with various organizations in the aeronautical sector to the march which will take place tomorrow at the Congressin defense of Argentine Airlines and in rejection of its privatization.

Starting at 10:00 a.m., workers in the aeronautical and other transportation sectors will meet under the slogan: “Everyone to Congress. Aerolíneas Argentinas is not for sale, it must be defended.”

The march was called jointly by the five unions of the activity that make up the new aeronautical front. Therefore, together with Aeronauts will also concentrate on Association of Aeronautical Personnel (APA), the Association of Airline Pilots (APLA), the Union of Senior and Professional Personnel of Commercial Aerospace Companies (UPSA), and ATE ANAC.

Aeronauts: “The sales experiences of our flagship airline were absolutely detrimental”

For its part, Alejandro Koganpress secretary of Aeronavegantes expressed that “It is not only jobs that are at risk, but also the interconnectivity of peoples and their regional economies.”

In this regard, he stressed that “we are against it because the sales experiences of our flagship airline were absolutely detrimental, not only for aeronautics, but for the development of the industry in general.”
