Future of work: the Trade Union and the City seal an agreement to promote cooperation and training

The main objective is to provide tools to workers, modernize job training, and generate spaces for resolving both individual and collective conflicts, promoting collaboration between both institutions.

The event was attended by Armando Cavalieri, Secretary General of the SEC; Carlos Pérez, Undersecretary General of this entity and President of OSECAC; Gabino Tapia, Minister of Justice of GCBA and Ezequiel Jarvis, Secretary of Labor of the City, among other officials.

He Federal Capital Commercial Employees Union (SEC) of the Federal Capital and the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires sealed a key agreement to boost training and employment advicewith the aim of modernize the training of workers and promote the effective resolution of conflicts in the workplace.

The main objective is to provide tools to workers, modernize job training, and generate spaces for resolving individual and collective conflictspromoting collaboration between both institutions. In this way, a general framework of cooperation is established in order to plan, develop and execute, among others, joint and coordinated training, awareness, and advice on labor matters, that are of mutual interest and collaborate in the fulfillment of their own tasks and responsibilities.

Among other points that include it, the following stand out: provide workshops and training for workers; develop new programs on new work realities; advice for the resolution of individual and collective conflicts; carrying out joint activities that contribute to raising awareness, training human resources and improving established proceduresamong others.
