The head of the Buenos Aires Government, Jorge Macri, was present at the Rural property to accompany the event known as BA Employment Expo. It is known as a day of labor intermediation that will have more than 70 companies and 1500 job offers.

In its 2024 edition, they participate in the labor intermediation event 77 companies and 9 areas of the Buenos Aires Government that offer more than 1,500 jobs. Among the companies that presented their job offers are hotels, gastronomic, pharmaceutical, food and clothing chains; logistics, technology, tourism, HR and health.
Furthermore, close to 10,000 young people were able to participate in career guidance workshops on CV preparationjob interviews and storytelling for a successful resume, among others.
“From the City Government we want to be a bridge in job creation. We want to unite those who seek it and those who generate it. This is a moment in which society is making a tremendous effort. And we have to give a response as quickly as possible, understanding that there is no magic, there is daily, sustained and permanent work,” Macri explained about the current situation.
“When the union between labor and capital is successful, things go well for all of us. The City does well when the private sector does well. And especially when the worker is doing well. And in that axis, the vertical of education is fundamental”, the head of Government explained.
Finally, Macri referred to the project of a new labor jurisdiction in the City: “We want to generate a labor jurisdiction from the City that understands the particular forms of contracting that each sector has and that can understand and give confidence to the worker and the employer in the agreements that are signed.”
“A country is free when each member, each link in this chain that we make up as a society, has the freedom to build their own path and choose how to travel it. Let’s go for more decent work that gives freedom to people”, he stated.

The new curricular design will focus on strengthening reforms and key skills in both areas. In the case of Languagethe first three years of primary school will focus on The children learn to read and write, correcting errors and working on spelling and grammar.
