The story of Casa Seis begins with a longing inspired by his childhood in Colombiawhere I lived on block five, house six. After having founded a successful brewery in the heart of Palermo (BierHof), he decided to venture into a different field, one that would allow him to create an intimate and warm atmosphere, ideal for enjoying good wines and signature dishes in a space designed with detail and love. . This is how Casa Seis was born, with the aim of providing a complete gastronomic experience, where the balance between the selected labels and the flavors of the cuisine is the protagonist.

House Six is inserted in a neighborhood in full gastronomic growth, Chacaritawhich has more and more options for lovers of good food. In a space of only 25 m²with a cozy atmosphere, the restaurant seeks to provide a proposal that, although simple, stands out for its quality and harmony between food and wine. The decoration by architect Marcos Popp stands out for its a series of interspersed bars microcement in petrol blue, inspired by Spanish tapas barsand shelves with subtly illuminated wines. This care in every detail contributes to creating an environment where each diner can feel comfortable, both inside and at their tables on the sidewalk.

The wine list, prepared in conjunction with the sommelier Florencia Turderastands out for offering more than 50 carefully selected labels from different regions of Argentinafrom small producers to more recognized ones. Among others, there are the Grandes Fermentaciones (50% Roussanne and 50% Marsanne) from El Porvenir Winery, and Piedra Parada (70% Merlot and 30% Pinot Noir) from Patagonian Wines. In addition, it includes wines with bubbles, light whites, full-bodied whites, oranges, rosés, light reds, medium-bodied reds, full-bodied reds and late sweets, allowing diners to enjoy a wide spectrum of flavors, accompanied by dishes that complement each glass without overpowering the wine.

To accompany it, they propose a menu with options that seek to innovate through fusion of fresh ingredients and exotic spices. Among the most acclaimed small dishes are the candied carrots with sesame yogurt and furikake, the burnt ricotta with chutney of tomatoes and eggplants, and the grilled naan bread with green onion and spiced honey. As a main course, the roast braised at low temperature for four hours is the star, served with a Creole sauce and red cabbage salad. For the dessert, Casa Seis is inspired by Fidel’s childhood breakfasts and delight with a coconut cake with coffee mousse, ginger milk foam and toasted hazelnuts.
In addition to wines, this place complements its cuisine with beers, classic cocktails and fruity mocktails, ideal to accompany tapas or simply enjoy an aperitif at one of the bars or on the sidewalk.
