In an innovative effort to unite educational institutions with professionals in the sector, the Association of Private Education Institutes of Argentina (AIEPA) launched EDUPRIVADA, a comprehensive platform dedicated to the search and selection of teaching and non-teaching personnel in private schools throughout the country, developed by ITR.
The AIEPA approached the ITR firm at the end of 2022 with a crucial challenge: facilitate the connection between educational institutions and individuals seeking employment. Until that moment, privately managed education in the country did not have an effective system to register profiles of job seekers or a tool dedicated to publishing job offers in the educational field.
“With a committed team, during 2023 we carried out exhaustive work that included requirements survey, user experience (UX) design, construction and testing to develop EDUPRIVADA. This new platform allows applicants to register, detailing their resume and preferences, and exploring vacancies published by various institutions,” said Federico Pineda, CEO of ITR.
EDUPRIVADA is presented as an accessible and versatile solution, available in web and mobile versions, allowing users to access information from cell phones or tablets. Educational institutions can publish notices detailing vacant positions, levels, areas, subjects, shifts and specific times.

One of the most notable features of the platform is its “matching” functionality, which analyzes matches between profile preferences and ad requests. Suggestions are automatically sent to both parties via emails. This ensures that individuals receive opportunities aligned with their expectations, while schools have access to suitable candidates to meet their needs.
This innovative linking process has led AIEPA and ITR to address the need for a clear and comprehensive digital platform that respects confidentiality and facilitates the creation of a database of teaching and non-teaching profiles.
