An agricultural specialty will receive an increase and minimum salaries will begin to be $960,000 for those who work stably and monthly.
The National Commission for Agrarian Labor set this Thursday the minimum salaries for the seedbed activity throughout the country effective from December 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025. In addition, a Union solidarity contribution fee applicable to total remuneration.
Resolution 433/2024 published in the Official Gazette also clarifies that the established remunerations will remain in force as long as they are not replaced by a new Resolution.
In principle, the following workers are defined as operators A, B and C:
- OPERATOR TO: Worker who performs general tasks that do not require specialization, which may or may not require any manual skills. The worker must know, understand and apply the basic instructions of the Environment, Safety and Occupational Health, and comply with the requirements and procedures of the sector where they will work autonomously.
- OPERATOR B: Trained Personnel. Worker who has acquired the training and experience necessary to carry out the main tasks of a sector, who attends to and controls machines or mechanized processes, or gives instructions on them, or who is trained to drive vehicles of all types or is in conditions to execute a task of technical and/or mechanical specialty, generally with the participation of administrative requirements according to the function.
- OPERATOR C: SPECIALIST. Worker who has the greatest knowledge and training in the tasks of the sector where he works, directing the work group and making decisions at an operational level in the absence of hierarchical personnel. The worker must be responsible for compliance in his or her sector with all the regulations on the Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Vehicle Safety and all those regulations that are generated to guarantee general safety and well-being.
