Adams binds to Javier Bardem In the series, which Apple chose as a series in November with a request for 10 episodes according to the Variety portal.

The series is based both on the novel of John D. Macdonald The Executionerswho inspired the movie of Gregory Peck of 1962 for Universal Pictures Cabo de Fearas in the acclaimed new version of 1991 directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Robert de Niro and Nick Nolte.
The official synopsis of the series says: “A storm is coming for happily married lawyers Anna (Adams) and Tom Bowden when Max Cady (Bardem), a notorious murderer of his past, leaves prison.”
Both Adams and Bardem will be executive producers in addition to starring in fear. Nick Antosca will be the screenwriter, executive producer and showrunner. Antosca will be executive producer with Alex Hedlund under his Eat the Cat seal.
Steven Spielberg and Scorsese will also be executive producers. SSkinberg will be executive producer through Amblin Television along with Daryl Frank and Justin Falvey. UCP, where Antosca and Eat the Cat have a general agreement, will be a producer.
