Antonio Rüdiger probably fails for National League final tournament

Federal coach Julian Nagelsmann must plan for the final tournament of the Nations League without defense chief Antonio Rüdiger. The 32-year-old from Real Madrid suffered a partial tear of the outer meniscus in the left leg and had already been operated on successfully, his club said. Spanish media expect a forced break of at least six to eight weeks.

The German national team will meet Portugal on June 4 in the semi -finals of the Nations League in Munich.
