Edmonton compensates for semi-final series against Dallas
The Edmonton Oilers celebrate a confident victory in the Dallas stars in the semi-finals of the NHL playoffs and compensate for the series. Leon Draisaitl also has its share.
The Edmonton Oilers around Superstar Leon Draisaitl can continue to hope for the title in the ice hockey profile NHL. The team from Canada won the second game against the Dallas Stars 3-0 in the Western Conference final. After the opening defeat (3: 6), the best-of-Seven series is now 1: 1.
His share in the victory was again Draisaitl. The 29-year-old played the pass in the Power Play in front of Evan Bouchard’s shot, who in turn was directed into the goal by Ryan Nugent-Hopkins for early tour (6th). For the German superstar it was the 20th goal participation in the 13th playoff game this season.
Brett Kulak increased in the second third when he used his own rebound (36th). Just a minute later, Connor Brown falsified a shot from Nugent-Hopkins in the goal for decision (37th).
Skinner with a third shutout in the playoffs
Goalkeeper Stuart Skinner was also a guarantee for the success of the Oilers. The Keeper, which has often been criticized in the past, fended off 25 shots and stayed in the playoffs without conceding a goal for the third time. Dallas had previously won seven games in a row in American Airlines Center at home.
After two away games, Edmonton now receives the stars at home twice in a row. The series continues on Sunday (9 p.m., CEST).
