Stanley Cup finals
1: 6 bankruptcy: Oilers without a chance against the defending champions
The Edmonton Oilers and ice hockey star Leon Draisaitl are three of the final series around the Stanley Cup without chance against the champions from Florida. The Canadians now hope for the next game.
Germany’s ice hockey star Leon Draisaitl and the Edmonton Oilers had to accept a violent setback in the final series around the Stanley Cup. The Canadians clearly lost game three at the Florida Panthers 1: 6. The Panthers lead the best-of-Seven series 2-1. Draisaitl was unable to set an accents in the game against the defending champions and remained without a scorer point.
Brad Marchand put the home team in the lead in the first minute. Carter Veraeghe (18th) increased to 2-0 for the Panthers before Edmontons Corey Perry (22nd) was able to shorten to 1: 2. As a result, the Florida team dominated the game. Sam Reinhart (23rd), Sam Bennett (28th), Aaron Ekblad (44.) and Evan Rodrigues (57th) made the final score against hopelessly inferior oilers.
Game four around the Stanley Cup takes place again in Florida on Friday. To win the NHL trophy, one of the two teams needs four victories.
