Justice ratified its ruling against Evo Morales
The decision of the Bolivian TCP was ratified through constitutional order 0083/2024 ECA. This opinion came in response to a request for amendment and clarification of the Plurinational Constitutional Sentence 1010/2023-S4 of December 28 made by the former Bolivian president.
