The initiative establishes that the term established in Law 21,499 to promote the expropriation trial in relation, solely and exclusively, to the declaration of public utility and subjection to expropriation provided by Law No. 27,695 is extended for four years.
Furthermore, at the beginning of December, the Buenos Aires Legislature almost unanimously approved the reform of Law 4,786 on Comprehensive Reparation for survivors and relatives of fatal victims of the Cromañón tragedy, an initiative that obliges the City Government to guarantee economic assistance life
