In these last days of the year, the National Government together with the National Social Security Administration (ANSES)an organization that depends on the Ministry of Human Capital, confirmed the increase of retirements, pensions and allowances for the first month of 2025.

Through the Resolution 1239/2024published in the Official Gazette, the Government announced a 2.43% increase for social benefits for January 2025. The increase corresponds to the November inflation data analyzed by the National Institute of Statistics and Census (INDEC).
This is because the mobility formula is governed by the Decree 274/24which takes as reference the Consumer Price Index (CPI) two months ago and proposes an increase in benefits and social benefits proportional to the data.

ANSES benefits that will have an increase in January 2025
These are the social benefits that a increase in your assets:
- Universal Child Allowance (AUH).
- Universal Pregnancy Allowance (AUE).
- Family Allowance per Child (SUAF).
- Retirements and pensions.
- Universal Benefit for Older Adults (PUAM).
- Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC).
- Universal Basic Benefit (PBU).
The Government, through the Official Gazette, regarding family allowances, indicated that the increase will apply to all those members whose income is less than $1,958,746. If any member of the family group exceeds the amount, they will not be able to receive or enroll in any other ANSES subsidy program.

- Maximum retirement: $1,788,778.40.
- Universal benefit for older adults (PUAM): $212,663.31.
- Non-contributory pensions (PNC): $186,080.39.

AUH, AUE and family allowances
- Universal Child Allowance (AUH): $95,519.74.
- Pregnancy Allowance (AUE): $95,519.74.
- SUAF system child allowance (first income category): $47,761.41.
- Single Birth Payment Allowances: $55,685.77.
