The salary increase sealed between the union Federation and the employers consists of 22.9% to be paid in two remunerative tranches and cumulative as follows:
– 13% in February (receivable in March)
– 9.9% in March (receivable in April).
It should be noted that the increases are remunerative, but the calculation bases will be the basic salaries of the agreement and the non-remunerative amount of 59.5% that was established in May of last year. The 22.9% added to the 59.5% of the first tranche totals 82.4% in nominal terms, but since it is the latest agreement they have a different calculation basis, the increase exceeds 100% year-on-year.

For its part, once this amount is collected, joint negotiations begin for the rest of the year.
Charcuterie workers
The Union of Workers and Employees of the Cold Cuts, Tripería and Derivatives Industry (SOEICHA) signed the closing of its 2022 parity and agreed that in March they will receive the payment of a non-remunerative sum of $35,000 in March 2023, joining the salary as of the month April 52% improvement obtained.
Call Center Workers
The Argentine Federation of Commerce and Services Employees (FAECyS) and the Argentine Chamber of Contact Centers, managed to close a salary review of 22.9% for the workers included in the Collective Bargaining Agreement 781/20 Rama Call Center.
