Today, Thursday, BB-Bau GU GmbH, based in Haid near Ansfelden, filed an application for the opening of bankruptcy proceedings with the Linz Regional Court. According to the creditor protector AKV, there are liabilities of 2.2 million euros. On the other hand, there are outstanding customer receivables from BB-Bau in the amount of EUR 640,000 and fixed assets in the amount of EUR 40,000. There are 96 creditors, employees are no longer employed.
Reasons for over-indebtedness and inability to pay were not mentioned in the bankruptcy application. In order to open the procedure, the company, which was founded in 2019, still has to pay an advance on costs of 4,000 euros, for which there is 14 days.
A restructuring and continuation of the company is not planned.
