The former majority owner Lilihill of the real estate developer Franz Peter Orasch should be completely dismissed in ten days, said the responsible investment officer Martin Gruber (VP). The state and city want to work out a syndicate agreement in the coming days in order to be the sole owner again. The state should then hold 80 percent and the city 20 percent. Both want to submit an application for the purchase option to be drawn at the upcoming meeting of the state government.
The public sector also wants to pay the outstanding salaries of the airport employees – and appoint a new managing director within four weeks. Lilihill boss Orasch announced civil legal steps surrounding the airport takeover.
