- When real estate for unique housing, trade or industry has been occupied for more than five years.
- When housing cooperatives or other non -profit entities request the property to develop “social housing” and accredit technical and financial viability to carry out the construction and cover the cost of sale.
- When an association or foundation occupies the property and has carried out infrastructure works in it.
The decision to apply this mechanism will be optional for the State Assets Administration Agency and will not grant acquired rights to the applicant.
How will the sale price of the properties be determined
The direct sale price will be determined according to the valuation carried out by the Nation Court of Values or by Public and Financial Banking Entities of the State, whether national, provincial, municipal, of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires or International.
