Ark enables digital remitters

In a new step towards fiscal digitalization, the Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) officially officially changes for monotributists. Through the General Resolution 5678/2025, published in the Official Gazette, the agency enabled the possibility of Issue sending, transfer guides and other vouchers in digital format, without the need to print them.

The measure modifies General Resolution No. 1,415 and its complementary standards, and seeks to facilitate compliance with tax obligations through simpler and accessible tools, especially for those who carry out small -scale or informally.

From now on, Monotributistas can generate these documents directly from the cell phone using the invoicing platform. The digital voucher will serve as support for the transfer or delivery of products, and can be sent by electronic means to the recipient, without requiring physical printing. In turn, the issuer must keep the file for a minimum of two years

One of the outstanding aspects of the new standard is the Elimination of formal requirements in digital vouchers: it will no longer be mandatory to record the “original” and “duplicate” legendsnor respect specific printing measures, such as 15 cm by 20 cm that are now required in physical remitters.

However, the obligation to obtain the Print Authorization Code (CAI) continues, both for digital and forms, as an essential step for their validation before the Treasury.

How the billing works

The tool, originally launched in November 2024, allows monotributistas to emit invoices and tickets type C from any device with Internet access. To use it, taxpayers must enter bill.afip.gob.ar with their fiscal cuit and key, detail the operation data and send the voucher by email or messaging.

Unlike other apps, andThe billing is not discharged from virtual stores such as PlayStore or Appstore. Instead, Google Chrome or Safari is accessed through browsers, where it can be installed as direct access to the beginning. On iPhone, it is recommended to do so from the “Share” function and select “Add to Start”.

The platform allows you to maintain the active session for eight hours, consult the history of operations and share the vouchers easily. It also allows you to issue credit notes and visualize previous tickets.

Federico Sturzenegger celebrated the measure

Through his X account, the State’s deregulation and transformation minister, Federico Sturzenegger, celebrated the new simplification for the transport of charges allowing digital remitts. “In this way the carrier gets out of the subject. It adds to the elimination of the route and the Lenti, which nobody strangers. We continue like this, promoting the deregulation agenda that President Javier Milei asks us“He said.
