What to do in San Martin de los Andes?

The center of San Martín de los Andes is very picturesque, due to its typical architecture Patagonia with stone, wood and sheet metal. The streets and avenues are lined with shops, chocolatiers, bars, restaurants and hotels.
One of the buildings emblematic in the city is the Saint Joseph Parish (who is the patron of the city), and also has several squares and parks ideal for going for a walk.

Boat ride to Quila Quina
Another of the perfect plans to do in summer is navigate the lake Lácar. This excursion leaves from the city pier and takes you to visit corners of the area. During the boat ride, you can see the views of the entire area, until you reach the source of the Hua Hum River.
These catamaran trips usually make several stops on the mainland along the route, such as on the beach Quila Quina or in the Port of Cachín on Lake Nonthueeat something in one of the restaurants and bars.

Lanin National Park
The Lanín National Park has at volcano which gives its name to the park, and which can be seen from any point of the enclosure. In there you can do a lot activities outdoors, from trekking routes with ascent to the volcanokayaking, rafting or bird watching, among others.
The input value to access the park is $400 general admission, or $180 for national residents. They only accept the payment in cash and Argentine pesos.
