The Oscars were presented in Los Angeles on Sunday evening. Last year, a moment that had nothing to do with movies caused a stir. In the middle of a Chris Rock speech, Will Smith stormed onto the stage and punched the comedian in the face. Precautions were allegedly taken this year to prevent such a thing. Among other things, the color of the carpet in the entrance area was changed. A champagne-colored fabric was chosen instead of red. Supposedly that should calm the spirits right in advance. Above all, the bright carpet caused headaches for the stylists. Apparently many of them had to throw their plans overboard. Additionally, the fabric got dirtier and dirtier with every celebrity that walked across it.
