According to the broadcaster, the dances were watched by an average of 702,000 viewers on ORF 1, and an average of 691,000 people were involved in the decision.
“You always have to reckon with it when you’re of a certain age. Young people just dance a lot more agile and better. I was in a good mood, even when dancing, but it wasn’t enough,” said Kartnig afterwards and still drew a positive balance: “I’ve learned a lot in the last few weeks and gotten some exercise. And the best part: I’ve lost twelve kilos, that was world class.” The next show is on March 24th at 8:15 p.m. on ORF 1.
